Website Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
At ALLA IOSHPA STUDIO, we see the utmost importance in making digital and physical services and information accessible to people with disabilities and those with special needs, so that everyone can enjoy easy, convenient, and equal use of the website, at the service and sales points, and the call center. As part of our commitment, we have made the necessary adjustments and implemented the accessibility guidelines on the website, in accordance with the Israeli Accessibility Standard 5568 for level AA and according to the guidelines of the international standard WCAG 2.1.

2. Website Accessibility
This website is optimized for the leading browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.

To improve the browsing experience and accessibility on the site, we have invested significant resources and implemented an advanced accessibility component from the website accessibility company UserWay, which adapts the site’s content and functionality to accessibility guidelines in the best possible way.

Activating the accessibility menu:
The accessibility menu can be opened by clicking the accessibility menu icon in the corner of the page. After activating the menu, you must wait a moment for it to fully load.

I continue my efforts to improve the accessibility of the site out of belief in our duty to enable smooth, accessible and uninterrupted use even for people with disabilities.

In an ongoing effort to improve and solve accessibility problems on an ongoing basis, the site is regularly scanned using the UserWay accessibility scanner, in order to identify and fix any possible accessibility barriers. Despite efforts to make all pages and content on the site accessible, some content may not yet meet the strictest accessibility standards. If you encounter any difficulty with the content on the site or need help, I will be happy to assist during normal business hours as detailed below.

Using the accessibility menu, the user can enjoy options that include:
• Full keyboard navigation.
• Enlarge and reduce text.
• Highlight links and make colors high-contrast.
• Highlight fonts and use with screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, etc.).
• Stop and hide blinking and animations.
Despite our efforts, there may be parts of the site that are not yet fully accessible. We will be happy to receive inquiries and comments about this and help resolve them.

3. Contacting and submitting accessibility inquiries
We would be happy to receive comments and suggestions for improvement regarding accessibility and to assist with any questions or inquiries:
